Where is Résidence L'Eau Vive?
At Lot P7 Les Cocotiers, in Cotonou, Benin: a quiet residential neighborhood between the airport and the city center. The international airport is 4.1 km away by road, the Amazon statue and the beach 1.6 km.
How do I get there from the airport?
Cardinal Bernardin Gantin International Airport is 4.1 km away by road, about ten minutes. La Résidence offers an airport shuttle, at a charge: tell us your flight time on WhatsApp and we will arrange your arrival, day or night.
Is there parking?
Yes: free private parking, on site.
Your stay
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 2:00 PM until 11:30 PM. Check-out until 12:00 PM. To arrive outside these hours, message us on WhatsApp before you come.
How much is a night?
From 55,000 FCFA a night for a Standard room, breakfast included. The rate depends on the room and the dates: the booking page shows prices and availability.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. The homemade continental breakfast is included for all our guests. It is also open to visitors, at 9,000 FCFA per person.
What rooms does La Résidence offer?
8 rooms, from 12 m² to 43 m²: Standard, Superior (with or without a balcony), Junior Suites (on the garden or with a terrace) and The Apartment. Every room has air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, IPTV and a walk-in shower.
What are the house rules?
La Résidence is entirely non-smoking, and quiet is kept from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

How do I book and pay?
Online, on the booking page: booking direct gets you the best rate, guaranteed. Cancellation and prepayment terms depend on the rate you choose and are shown before you confirm. At La Résidence, payment is in cash. For a question, message us on WhatsApp or call +229 01 42 400 200.
Can I host an event at La Résidence?
Yes: celebrations, private hire, pop-up shops, afterwork drinks, art and culture evenings. Up to 30 people for a seated dinner, 50 for a cocktail party, and the whole of La Résidence can be hired with its 8 rooms. Send your request from the Events page: we reply within 48 hours.

Are children and pets welcome?
Children are welcome from 1 year old; La Résidence has no extra beds or cots. Pets are not allowed.
What languages does the team speak?
The team speaks French, English, and Italian.
Are the garden and the bar open to the public?
The garden is reserved for guests of La Résidence. The garden bar is open to everyone, guests and visitors, every day from 4 pm to 11 pm: a drink, a cigar, a few tapas.
